Therapy for Adults Healing from Complex Trauma and Cultural Shame
Hi, I’m Abi.
As a child of immigrants, I understand the unique challenges of navigating between cultures, honoring family expectations while finding your own path, and processing experiences that don't always fit traditional therapy frameworks. I know what it's like to carry the complexity of immigrant family dynamics, cultural identity, and the pressure to uphold values that may no longer serve you.
I offer a compassionate, grounded space where you can process what you've been through, understand how it still shows up today, and begin building a future that feels more authentically you.
You don't have to navigate this alone. Let's move towards healing, together.
“The quality of your relationships determines the quality of your life.”
-Esther Perel
