Individual Therapy
Healing begins when you start to show up for yourself.
Through individual counseling sessions, I support clients in understanding their trauma narrative, developing concrete tools, and writing the script for the life they want.
Couples Therapy

I help couples identify their patterns in order to break out of cyclical arguments and use practical tools to improve communication.
